About Me

Hi, My name is René, I am a photographer, retoucher, and digital artist from Auckland.

I hold a bachelors degree in photography/design, majoring in fashion photography, and have recieved a number of medals from the NZIPP - New Zealand Institute of Professional Photographers.

Currently I work as an operating theatre medic, and have done a small amount of work as a professional photographer, although this is not my primary source of income for the moment.

I would, however, like to one day work as a full-time photographer, so I have joined Model Mayhem in order to improve my portfolio, and extend my skillset in photography.

My primary areas of interest at the moment are editorial fashion, beauty, fine art, fetish/gothic/punk, sports portraiture, architecture and "Urbex" photography...
