Dabeers Customs is the fashion brand designed by Kelley Beers. Dabeers Customs specializes in one-of-a-kind shoes with hand- placed embellishments. Kelley is a fashion designer from St. Louis where she studied fashion design in high school. At the very young age of 14, she began sketching clothes. Kelley spent hours on the sewing machine to bring some of these designs to life for the high school fashion show. After earning her diploma, she would go on to learning the fashion business. While studying for her degree, she worked behind the scenes at fashion shows and trade shows in “The Windy City” of Chicago. One of those shows was the well-known bridal brand Alfred Angelo, where she prepared models to debut the latest bridal and prom collections. After she completed her studies, she would launch her career designing custom wardrobes for men, women, and children. The most important thing that stood out was Kelley’s ability to translate visions into unique custom shoes. These are one-of-a-kind treasures that she customized by hand. She works with Swarovski Crystals, studs, pearls, lace, and even spikes, among other embellishments. In early 2012, Kelley officially launched the brand “Dabeers Customs”. The label features her customized footwear and other complementary designs.
