My name is Gabriele, with just only “L” and an “E” on the end.

I was born in a medieval village in Tuscany, fortunate to be raised travelling in between France and Italy. I have lived in the US yet I am now based in the UK. All my moving around gave me a very inter-cultural approach to the art of capturing images rather than loads of stamps in my passport. This diversity and influence from a wide variety of cultures gives me a unique edge which reflects in each and every photo.

I studied Fine Arts at NUCT (New University of Cinema and Television) in Rome; where I specialised in film directing and photography, and worked as successful stage and video director for over ten years.
I provide headshots, commercial portraits, advertising, and editorial photography for clients across all industries.
I integrate my artistic background as an award-winning Video and Theatre Director within my photography; creating modern, eye-catching pictures that burn into your memory.

Having cast actors and dancers myself, allows me to have an exact idea of what type of shots work best for the industry. That’s what makes my photography stand out from the crowd; my vision as Director.
My eye has been trained to capture that peculiar moment which makes the difference. Instead of producing standard shots, I always impart a truly cinematic, one-of-a-kind feel to my work; taking time with clients to create bold and unique images that really tell their story and reflect their character and identity. I am committed to making every image count and at the same time help you to feel comfortable and relaxed yet confident in front of my lens.

I’ve been working for XYZ Brand Experience on the Ray Ban Campaigns since 2014 and on the Old Spitalfields Market Editorials since 2013. I’m also working as freelance photographer for Regency Studios in Piccadilly Circus making fashion portfolio for models and Magnet.me, making fancy corporates and editorials.
