Halseyan is a clothing brand that believes in giving back to the progression of fashion, art, music, and the active lifestyle. With the help of our select retail partners combined with proceeds from our online sales, Halseyan plans to create unique events in order to help encourage and educate young women to fulfill their dreams. Halseyan events will focus around creating a community dedicated to connecting established women in fashion, music and art to young women. A place where exploration and inspiration can thrive.

Halseyan (Hal-see-ahn) is a loose derivate of the English word Halcyon, which when used as an adjective means peaceful, prosperous and carefree. The noun stems from a Greek legend of two lovers who loved each other so much they proclaimed their love to be greater than the Gods. Jealous of their love, the Gods punished and separated them by the wrath of the ocean. Finding out her husband was killed at sea, the woman threw herself into the ocean to be with him. Seeing this display of love, the Gods took pity on the lovers and transformed them both into birds.

Halseyan is the transformation we all undergo when we realize what we love, and discover that we are willing to sacrifice everything in our lives to do achieve it.
