I'm a mid-twenties male of often imposing first impression but disarmingly warm in personality. I'm allegedly good for a laugh and at times, charismatic. I've been accused of being flamboyant.

I enjoy meeting new people and hearing about their lives, mundane details and all. I like to find meaning in everything and I do well in this pursuit. At its heart, I suspect I'm drawn to photography because it helps me understand the world around me and the interaction among everything in it.

My skill has come a long way but I have much to learn and continue to define my style and taste. To date, I've found I'm drawn to opportunistically capturing candid moments of individuals. At the same time, I'm always alert to the visually pleasant and stimulating. I have a particular interest in photography as art and in discovering the medium's experimental. Apart from aesthetic appeal, I want to create the surreal.

While still on the prowl for practice and technical mastery, I've found I've reached a point where I can expand into more purposeful projects. Light graffiti is currently the flavour of the month and coming in second is delving into staged work.

On this site I'd like to meet like-minded types and share influence. I'd like to observe or even work alongside those who can teach me. And, I'd like to make meaningful connections with people of professions associated with photography, especially make-up artists, models and those involved in fashion.
