Tamara Romero for Dark Matter Styling

I've recently left my retail styling and merchandising career of 8 years to devote myself to the branding of Dark Matter full-time as well as the creation and expansion of a original content fashion blog. I'm also branching into the fashion styling world by working with photographers and designers with a similar aesthetic to provide original concepts and layouts for photo shoots.

www.darkmatterstyle.com is a glimpse into my love of a futurism lifestyle and dark fashion concepts. Inspired by fashion designer houses like Comme des Garçons, Issey Miyake, McQueen, Yohji Yamamoto, Helmut Lang, Rick Owens and Ann Demuelemeester. I often find myself drawn to a monochromatic and dark palette that leans heavily on japanese and eastern influences.
