Designer Amanda Ché was born and raised minutes from Malibu Beach in Calabasas California. At a young age she was a competitive swimmer and has always loved the water. Traveling to destination beaches around the world to scuba dive and explore, has influenced her passion in swimwear design.

She discovered her love and talent for design and business at a very young age. Taking orders for custom designed lace teddy bears at 5 years old, is where it all began. Fashion has always been natural to Amanda, and at age 13 she began working in the family business manufacturing lingerie.

Like anyone else, she learned the basics and worked her way up in the business through the years, exploring all the facets of a fashion brand and business.

Right before graduating from the Los Angeles Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, Amanda designed and sold her first line of luxury handbags to upscale boutiques in the US. Now recognizing a niche in the swimwear market for unique designer suits with lingerie fit, she launched contemporary swimwear in the A.Ché collection.

A.Ché is unique by integrating intimate apparel construction and the latest technology available for exceptional fit, with artistic styling details. The line features fine Italian fabrics, bra-styled molded cups, underwires & push-ups designed for sophisticated, chic women looking for sultry styles, fit and European flare.

As a beach lover and swimmer who appreciates striking, innovative designs, Amanda believes a swimsuit should not only exude beauty, but enhance a woman's body with unrivaled support and fit.
