"Daniel Barter’s current photographic practice is concerned with the contemporary ruin. His work deals with nostalgia, the pace of development in the modern age, and how artists and audiences in an increasingly technological environment react to the past.

An experienced digital photographer and graduate of the London College of Communication MA Photography programme, his work has been featured by multiple news agencies and in photo books. Daniel has since explored alternative photographic processes and now works primarily with the wet plate collodion technique."
