I have a wide range of humanistic interests. I have studied psychology, sociology, and world religions for a B.A. degree; and I am working on health sciences right now while I study holistic wellness on the side. One of my holistic interests/hobbies is yoga. Yoga integrates my mind, body, and spirit. I have done yoga since 2008. I played sports in high school and I enjoy maintaining fitness in other ways like running and weightlifting. I like the outdoors and nature. I am more of a social observer. I enjoy atypical people and hearing and witnessing atypical experiences. I appreciate helping others. I am open and accepting while maintaining discernment. The spirit within me honors the spirit within you.
