Ariel Shee is a fine artist and commercial photographer based in West Covina, CA. She is a graduate of UCLA’s prestigious Fine Art program, specializing in photography as well as painting and drawing. In this program she experimented with film as well as digital photography, spending hours in the printing laboratory taking painstaking care to ensure that her photographic prints aligned with her vision and intent.

Ariel combines a playful, exploratory approach with a refined attention to detail. Her portraiture and headshots aim to capture her subject’s distinct personality and human qualities while simultaneously exploring ideas of sensuality, gender constructs, and classic glamour.

In her spare time, she keeps a faithful photographic record of her travels to locations in the United States as well as abroad.
