J. Byron Photography officially opened in January, 2014 after photographing family and friends for years. I photograph in natural light only and mostly on location. My rates and other information can be found on my website.

I do not pay models but may be willing to trade for digital prints for models looking to build a portfolio in Southern Maryland or nearby. Contact me if this is your intent and we can talk.

I am 40 years old and live in Southern Maryland. I work in law enforcement full-time and enjoy my photography business during my off time. I am married and have two children.
