Currently I am undertaking a BTEC Certificate in Photography with a view to taking on the the full time degree course in September. My goal is to become a full time commercial photographer.My current level is "Semi-Pro" I have access to a studio in Central Huddersfield. The areas that I wish to further explore are

1. Portrait & Fashion Photography.
2. Event photography
3. Black Hair and Beauty.
4. Fitness and lifestyle.

I'm inspired by photographs that make me LOOK, THINK and then SMILE. I am inspired by Annie Leibovitz Herb Ritts, Sante D'Oranzio and Tim Macpherson
amongst others.
Nearer to home I would cite John Todd, (Tutor) Kimberly Lewis-Goddard (KLG Photography, Huddersfield) and Gary Gough (Shoot Smart Photographhy) as my mentors and guiding angels !

I am intrigued my symbols and logos. The Stars and Stripes flag, Rolling Stones tongue, PLAYBOY Rabbit, Batman sign and The Yorkshire White Rose are some of the iconic 'brand' images that I strive to incorporate in my images.

Currently, I am focusing on my lighting technique. Any photos that I post here-in will be the original composed imaged cropped to 8"x10". I will attempt to learn some minimalistic 'Photoshop' workflow techniques in June 2013 but until then it's untouched photographs. :-)

All models will be required to sign the appropriate release proforma with most work undertaken on alternate Sundays (10:00am to 1:00 pm) at a hired studio within Huddersfield, commencing in earnest in mid- May 2013.
