Hello,

I’m Ben, an ex-model and amateur photographer based in Manchester, UK. That shot on the left is me.

I’m looking to collaborate with amateur models, make-up artists and stylists on creative projects that will help me to develop my composition and lighting skills. I am especially interested in creative fashion/beauty styles as well as anything fun or unusual. I enjoy photographing both men and women, generally preferring to work with studio or portable flash, and I’m able to convert my living room into a small, home studio.

I’m also happy to help out new, self-motivated models with their portfolio shots and am interested in volunteering for other photographers who might need an extra pair of hands on their fashion/beauty/creative shoots in the Manchester area.

Photography is something I do for fun, so I’m not here expecting big money and am happy to donate my time in exchange for some great shots and experiences, and hopefully make some friends along the way. I will treat collaborations seriously however and am only looking to work with interesting, fun and reliable people.

All my current work is fresh out of camera but I've recently made an investment in software and training to help me take my work up a notch with better post-processing skills. I hope to have some new and exciting shots added to my portfolio soon.
