In photography, I'm before all a landscape and travel photographer. I'm a historian of by origin, educated in photography at the Photoacademy Rotterdam (Fotoacademie), the Netherlands. My specialty is working with old fashioned, vintage and analogue camera's and 19th century printing techniques. But I also do some staged and digital work, based on classic stories, fairy tales and all kinds of vintage styles. Most of these shoots still are on location, mostly in the open air! When working with models and/or MUA's & stylists, key word is working relaxed, concentrated and in a warm atmosphere, even if it's cold outside...
