As seen on NBC6 and Fox News Dara Michelle uses her talents to consistently create looks that are styled to perfection. Her innate sense of style allows her to easily navigate through any wardrobe or collection.

As a little girl in New York, Dara Michelle’s earliest childhood memories always included some fashion component spending most of her time playing dress-up praying for the day she could fit in to her mother’s high heels. As soon as the stores on Fifth Avenue carried her size, her mom would drive her into the city for shopping.

As a teen, Nirvana ruled the radio so she turned to “the village” to perfect her grunge style, scoping out the local vintage stores as well as Patricia Field’s flagship, on East 18th street. There she would spend hours trying on, accessorizing, creating… hence a stylist was born. 
Her love for anything “fashion” remained a constant throughout her life.

Dara Michelle graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Art at the University of Miami and studied fashion design at Parsons School of Design. After college she worked at Cotton Incorporated, on Madison Avenue in New York City, as a trend forecaster. There, Dara Michelle would present the trend forecast to a room full of designers whose inspiration for an upcoming collection all began with her words. Dara Michelle Style originated when she perfected her skills and used her talents to plant the seeds of what would become a blossoming profession.

Why her clients love her? Her playful approach to fashion leaves them enjoying the “getting ready part” as much as the actual date or event. Dara Michelle pushes her clients to try new things and experiment with trends while still staying true to themselves. Her comfort of fashion genres runs the gamete from designer couture to vintage rocker T’s. As a result, her styling esthetic consistently shows looks in new and unexpected ways leaving the viewer pleasantly surprised and begging for more.
