Katrin Felton is an underwater model and professional mermaid.

Her passion for mermaids started when she was little and saw Disney´s “the little mermaid” for the first time. After this she always wanted to be a mermaid but didn´t have the chance to let her dream come true.

When Katrin was older she started modelling, won titles like “Miss Germany International 2006” and “Queen of the world Germany 2007” in beauty contests and travelled the world to work as a fashion model.

In September 2010 Katrin moved together with her husband Spencer Felton to Sydney, Australia. When she became a Scuba Instructor she remembered her childhood dream of becoming a real life mermaid. She got her first tail on the internet - “Mermaid Kat” was born. She also trained in freediving and practised her underwater modelling skills. Since September 2011 she is based in Phuket (Thailand) where the name “Mermaid Kat” is already well known.

Katrin Felton works as a mermaid performer and is featured in commercials, TV, films and events around the world.
