Hi there,

I am a 19 year old self employed, beginner model and qualified make-up artist. I have danced in a competitive -Hiphop/Jazz/Cheer, dance group 'DXT Dance Extreme', for 6 years 2004-2011, teaching dance and co-instructing Zumba in my last year. I have traveling experience with my dance group to Australia- competing in the 'All Stars' Cheer/Dance Competition, placing 2nd. I have also travelled to London and Paris to take part in a dance expedition/workshop, (one other dancer and I were selected to take part in this).

In my last two years in High School, I took a Photography and Art Design course (level 2 and 3 NCEA). In these subjects I learned how to use Photoshop, develop film photographs, the basic knowledge of a camera (apeture, shutter speed etc). I learnt how to develop an idea/logo/brand in Art Design and convey your brand/idea through different media; website and poster.

In 2012, I moved to Auckland to study Make-Up Artistry -at Samala Robinson Academy (SRA) for 6 months. I learnt about all basic skin types (and what product to use for different skin types), types of skin tones: cool and warm, the history in Make-Up eras; Victorian, Midieval, WW1 and WW2 etc. With each Make-Up look we presented, fashion choice and hair styling were included in our assesments.

I am a very self-motivated and organised young woman. I show that through my travelling experience with dancing, as this was an extra commitment after school. I have very good work ethic, especially when I am doing something I am passionate about and enjoy. As you can see I have always been passionate about self expression (dance, photography and make-up artistry) from a young age, I set goals and achieve them. I am a quick learner, in my last year of school, I picked up Art Design straight from level 3, skipping level 1 and 2. I adapted easily and learned all the basics very quickly, gaining full NCEA credits from this subject.
I am a hard worker and always put full effort and commitment into what I am doing, I have a lot of passion and am very eager to pursue the modelling industry
