I am an aspiring photographer with some experience and a new found love of portrait and people photography. I recently completed the Flickr 100 Strangers project and this sparked my interest photographing people and I have since gone on to study portraiture in greater depth and I am now keen to put these skills and some new kit to the test.

My interests thus far have concentrated on people's faces but I have also been captivated by portraits of people in interesting settings - be it beautiful country parks or gritty urban-exploring scenes and this is what I would like to explore next. I also love using artificial light both inside (I would jump at the chance of a studio shoot if the opportunity presented itself) and outside, working in harmony with the available natural light..
