My Name is Chanel Renae and I am a freelance Makeup Artist. I am located in the District of Columbia and the surrounding areas. My passion for makeup artistry started early on. I am passionate, determined, and very artistic. I enjoy working with all walks of life. Makeup is not who I am, but what I love to do. Makeup is one of the ways that I express myself artistically. I work with all ethnicities and genders. I work with everyday clients, fashion shows, weddings/proms, photo shoots of all types, and fantasy makeup. My objective as a freelancer is to gain exposure and experience in the beauty industry. Later on, I would like to open a school that focuses on preparing makeup artists, models, and photographers for the beauty industry. I would like to use Model Mayhem as a tool to help form relationships with models and photographers to build a stronger portfolio.
