My name is Antonia (Toni). I am ambitious, hardworking, reliable, independent, intelligent, and lovable. I am a undergraduate student at UMass Amherst studying Public Health and Mathematics.
I am interested in modeling because I want to learn more about myself. I feel through modeling I can gain confidence and feel more comfortable with myself. I have been working on this ever since I came to college. Before college I was harassed all throughout my childhood as early as elementary school for a multitude of things; my big glasses, my frizzy hair, the clothes I wore, being shy and awkward, being chubby, and developing earlier than most girls. I lived in a small town my whole life and thought that everyone looked at me like they did. I never appreciated myself. I then finally came to UMass and my life changed. Everyone seemed to like me. I was instantly able to make friends. People would tell me how beautiful, smart, and thoughtful I was all the time. It took me about two years, many good friends, and therapy but I finally learned to love myself inside and out. I now want to show off the new me and model.
I am also doing this to save up money to study abroad in Italy. This is another step in me finding myself is traveling the world. I plan to eventually join the Peace Core or Americore and help people. Helping people helps me help myself. I learn from them and they learn from me. It is a great symbiotic relationship.
I also feel it is a great way to support the arts. I love painting, drawing, and doing photography myself. I have seen some awesome work done that my friend has modeled for on the site, Ella. I would love to be a part of artwork like that. Also promotional modeling is also great. It is amazing how much more you can understand about a product through a simple photo than a multitude of words. Email me if you are interested in me modeling for you.
