Hello and thanks for stopping by. My name is Gary Menten, and I'm a photographer. I shoot mostly pin-up style and retro style photos.  I'm a graduate of the Dawson Institute Of Photography, and I'm proud to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy when dealing with anyone involved in one of my shoots.

I've been inactive in this sort of photography for the last few years, devoting myself to other forms of the art, but I'm now slowly getting back into it and require models to help update my style and my portfolio. 

MODELING FOR ME:

I basically shoot tasteful nude photos and Posing nude is the only way to get a paid assignment with me  There is always money on the table for quality models and I believe that models who are willing to pose nude should get paid for it.

Interested models and makeup artists are welcome to contact me anytime to introduce themselves. Whereas I sometimes negotiate on the compensation, all according to budget, I NEVER negotiate on the conditions or concept of the shoot. Please read my casting calls carefully before answering a casting call.

In order to model for me you must meet the following qualifications:

1.    Be at least 18 years old. No exceptions. Frankly, I prefer even older models. 21, 25 even 30 years old...

2.    Have a pretty face, and excellent complexion; no acne or serious scarring.
3.    You must have a slim or athletic body style unless otherwise specified in a casting call.

4. Have prior modeling experience and a portfolio of at least 15 professionally shot images shot with different photographers during at least 3 different photo shoots. If your portfolio is disorganized or contains amateur snapshots or is just plain boring, don't expect me to hire you for a paid shoot.

6. You must be punctual, reliable, and easy to work with.

In the past I've been very reluctant to take models with any tattoos or body piercings other than earrings or unnatural hair colours, however as I'm now changing my style, I am now actively seeking models with tattoos, weird hair colours, piercings, etc. This is not a prerequisite, for modeling for me, but I may give preference to tattooed models for the near future.


LAST  MINUTE CANCELLATIONS

Preparing a photo shoot costs time and money. I maintain the highhest standards of professional conduct at all times and when I book a model for a shoot, you can bet your bottom dollar that I'll be at the appointed place on time, and ready to give 100% effort. I expect the same. If you book with me for a shoot, I expect you to show up for the shoot on time on the expected date. If you fail to show up or cancel at the last minute for whatever reason, I will not book you again. No exceptions.
