My name is Lindsay... I am dedicated and passionate, love life and all challenges that come my way! I'm committed to the things I love.... Besides my faith and family, I am addicted to fitness and the inward/outward beauty and strength of women. I believe we can each use our strengths and weaknesses to encourage and inspire others. I am a registered nurse, who not only enjoys the physical results of lifting weights and working out in general, but also the health benefits and the "why's" of healthy living.
