Hello Models in Modelmayhem! So your dreams are to be an industry model and represented by an agency with a successful career working around the world? That's awesome, however I find that after working 25 years in the industry that most beginning and represented models lack some of the confidence and personality needed to become that top model status.

There is a bunch of factors besides having a unique face in fashion and modeling. On-set a model needs to remember their mark just like an actor because your working with preset lighting that has an exposure that's has to remain consistent for the camera exposures.
Having the confidence and know how to give different poses following every snap of the camera. There is a saying I use called "Don't be s stick in the mud", a stick just stands there and won't move in mud so one needs to learn to move.
When shooting ecommerce catalog every retailer has specific poses you must match with each catagory and you need to memorize.
Clients want a model with personality and are fun and drama free to work with so don't be shy.
