About Me

I am a trainer who is looking to break into fitness modeling. I am a RKC (Russian Kettlebell Certified trainer) at a personal/small group training facility in Rome, GA. When working out, I utilize kettlebells, barbells, TRX, tires, ropes, and other functional equipment. I also enjoy running Spartan obstacle races, hiking, and helping my clients meet their fitness goals. When I'm not training others or myself, I am a wife and a mother of two.
