About Me

At 35 I am in the best shape of my life. As a pole fitness instructor I work daily with women (and some men) to train their bodies to be stronger and healthier. I find the human body to be a beautiful thing to look at and observe the intricacies of muscle interaction in motion. My current training in pole fitness has brought my flexibility, body awareness, and body sculpting to an elite level. My B.S. in Kinesiology/Biomechanics, background in classical ballet, black belt in karate, and current training in pole fitness has given me the muscle control, coordination and flow to do beautiful things with my body.

I am interested in doing modeling that showcases my strengths and the beauty of the human body.
