I have been doing makeup for about 7 years started off on friends and family before I actually started getting paid jobs. I have also worked in two high-end well known cosmetic stores receiving training and education that is invaluable to my career. While working in said stores I became a "certified artist" which I still am. I also continually update my cosmetic techniques by attending educational classes. Knowing the latest trends in the industry is very important and is the reason I religiously attend cosmetic conventions. Not only to expand my already vast professional kit but also to learn from other working professionals. I am very skilled in the glamour area of cosmetic application for both men and women. Pin-up, era make-up, stage, drag, bridal, avant-garde, men, body painting are all areas of cosmetic application that I am more then well versed in.
