My name is Bradford Ciecko (Brad) and portrait photography is my specialty. From editorial and family to fashion and fine art: all things people are what I shoot best. I originally was a graphic designer that needed to build up a stock-image library for projects so I bought a camera. As time etched on I was spending more time behind the lens than I was designing, this was more than 10 years ago and I haven't looked back.

I am technically savvy and a creatively minded photographer who specializes in portraiture. My specific area of study would be more catered to the type of imagery I am shooting. I do not go into a shoot with only one "look" or "style" in mind. The shoot, subject and environment, as well as, the context of the finished image--where it will be used and why. From here I can shoot more casual, candid, glamorous, stylistic, edgy, cheeky, simple etc... I believe in interaction and full transparency when dealing with subjects I am photographing. This lends trust: but more importantly, all parties, myself and subject are knowing what is expected of each other. Communication between photographer and subject will lead to much better portraits than any light system or camera ever can on it's own.
I'd like new work for my portfolio, a chance to share my skills with yours so we can all have something fun and creative to show. Many of my images contain aspects of humor, even dark humor at times, I'm a laid-back fellow. I am a full time photographer so this is how I make my living. I'm willing to work with you and your budget to help you get the photos you need. For the right model and the right shoot I will consider trading my time for yours.
