Hello lovely people! My name is Samantha Dugan a certified freelance makeup artist servicing the NYC/Lower Connecticut area. I have worked in makeup for the past 7 years now creating fabulous looks for bridal and special events as well as commercial looks for large brand campaigns and marketing and PR agencies. I have also worked on local sort films and was recently awarded best hair and makeup for the 48 Hour Film Project in New Haven, CT. I will be moving to Salt Lake City, Utah as of October 14th.
