Day to day management and direction of the photography and studio team.
Execute high-quality digital photography while following the brand’s vision and guidelines.
Maintain equipment and workspace.
Drive continuous refinement to the studio’s workflows and processes.
Maintain consistently high standards for accuracy, productivity, and quality.
Coordinate schedule to meet daily deadlines and shot counts.
Source talent and negotiate rates and usage.
Provide supervision, training, development, and performance management for the studio team.
Qualifications:

20+ years shooting in a studio environment.
20+ years of leadership experience.
Strong visual skills with attention to detail and an eye for consistency and light.
Advanced knowledge of studio lighting systems, Canon or Nikon DSLR systems, Photoshop CS/CC, and Capture One.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to be creative and resourceful to successfully complete difficult projects.
Portfolio of current work demonstrating skill in studio photography.
