About Me

I've been doing a variety of sports throughout my whole life (boxing for 7 years). At the moment, I am doing yoga, rock climbing, surfing and latin dance.
I went to college and got a Fitness Specialist Certification. I also hold a personal trainer / fitness nutrition specialist certification accredited by ACE (American Council of Exercise). I'm currently taking Plant Based Nutrition at Cornell University
