It all started when I was addicted to going to the gym as much as I could. Then I started really getting into nutrition and fitness and wanting to help others. So I left my hometown for 6 months to Seattle to attend The National Personal Training Institute. Which helped me a lot, I'm in depth now with nutrition, kinesiology, physiology, anatomy, functional training, and resistance training program design. After all that I am now a certified personal trainer through The National Personal Training Institute. When I was in Seattle I met Tanji Johnson through a friend of my at Seattle executive fitness wanting me to try out for a fitness team. I got on a Tanji Johnson, Savefitness team and found my passion mens physique! I have been in three shows so far and placed 2nd at the emerald cup and 1st and the Idaho cup in mens physique class A. Now I am trying to get my name out there more to inspire people how important fitness and nutrition really is. My goals are to inspire, become a pro in mens physique, and become a fitness model. This is just the beginning of my fitness career.
