My name is Bryan Tran and I am a photographer based out of Edmonton Alberta. I specialize in technical lighting for fashion and glamour photography, but, I have experience with event photography and family portraiture. I first started taking photos when I was twelve years old with my fathers Canon AE-1P; I later discovered that I had traits of autodidactism, I fell in love with photography and absorbed as much knowledge and experience around the subject as humanly possible. As I grew in the trade, I started teaching my friends and family about photography. This developed my love of teaching, which eventually led to my degree in secondary education. I am in the unique position of being both a teacher and freelance photographer, and one day I would like to combine my two passions.

Currently I am a freelance photographer who has worked with or volunteered for clients such as MC College, Lifetouch Canada and YESS. I am currently accepting bookings for the 2014 with a special interest in developing my event photography portfolio.
