Florian’s interest in acting began at the age of 9, when he first appeared on stage while participating in a school production.

At the age of 12, he enrolled in his first theatre class to begin professional training. During this time, Florian was classically trained in all aspects of theatre: Greek tragedy, contemporary, classical repertoire, etc. As his professional education as an actor grew, so too did his interests outside of classic theatre. He soon starred in several short films and commercials. It was through these experiences that Florian discovered his true calling as an actor: the screen.

In 2006, his talent as a screen actor was put to its first big test when he was cast as the lead role in Christian Monnier’s feature film Le Chien (“The Dog”). Released in 2009, Le Chien received international recognition after being selected by a number of film festivals, including the 29th International Film Festival in Moscow.

Recently, Florian was cast playing Tom Mason, the lead male role in the new French Disney Channel television series “Groove High”. Debuting in September 2012, the series is currently in its first season.
