About Me

After taking a break to go to university I found myself back in the modelling world, carrying a few extra pounds, which years of crazy starvation dieting meant I just couldn’t shift. I won’t bore you with the details now as the ins and outs of my weight gain and loss are what led me to wanting to study Nutritional Therapy and will crop up a lot in the site, but basically I ended up working as a plus size model for a while, where I was no healthier than when I was a runway model (I still had a disordered relationship with food but this time was over-eating and under-exercising as opposed to the reverse.)

The last couple of years have been a journey for me to get to a healthy relationship with both what I eat and how I exercise and I am now at a comfortable and maintanable weight but more importantly I feel good and I’m healthy. I really hope you enjoy reading about how I and some of my fellow models got and stay healthy and I’d love to her about your own stories or answer any questions you may have!
