About: My love of hair started at a young age. I began cutting off my Barbie's hair early on. Around 11 years old, I started home-coloring my sisters' hair, as well as my own. The rest is history! I trained at Aveda Institute of Portland, and then moved to the Bay Area a year after getting my license. I completed a 2-year color apprenticeship at Élan Salon this past winter, and now I am trying to grow as a color specialist. I am currently participating in a showcase to help me promote my color business, and will be actively seeking models for that.

Inspirations: I really am drawn to hair because it allows you to morph yourself into someone different, even if only on the outside. It allows people to change their appearance to match how they want to feel, and I love the power and sense of confidence a hair change can create in a person. It's beautiful and highly satisfying to see. I am also continually inspired by the Earth's natural beauty and the infinite colors it holds.
