Hey my name is Marc. I am a real workout freak and well I have been working out for 5 years now. Of late I've been really concentrating a lot of my time on my core with 5000 leg raises and sit ups every week. I spend my weekends at the gym working on my upper body and stuff like that. I am absolutely 100% natural with my workouts meaning I don't take any form of supplement, mass gainer, protein shake or steroids. I believe that pushing your body to it's limits naturally is where the real challenge comes into play. I'm also very active in terms of sports and pretty well off in my studies. I'm a personal trainer and I do my own cardio and meal diets. My goal is to be a model someday and inspire anyone out there that is willing to never give up no matter how bleak the situation may look.
