Full time artist and produce paintings and photography depicting natural beauty and performance arts.  Subjects include landscape, wildlife, dance, timeless classical figurative works, and historic people/events and Native American/Indian legends. My daughter is also a talented athlete and initially inspired my work in action sports and dance.  I love nature and working outdoors painting en plein air or pushing the limits for a unique photograph. I hope to inspire others to love, respect and protect nature and the human relationships to the environment. 

CURRENT PROJECTS:
1- A series of works depicting Native American Indians.  If you are a Native American/Indian (M or F, any age) and are interested in representing the history of your people through artistic means, contact me to discuss opportunities. 

2- Native American legends including nature spirits.  I've spent years doing research on specific tribes legends and have a background thats not available through publications.  The stories were meant to be told, not written down.  I've had a number of good Indian friends tell me the stories with as much imagery and emotional content as possible.  They will slowly appear through paintings.

3- Performing arts (including ballet, rhythmic gymnastics, modern dance, musicians).

4- and outdoor/nature sports (including rock climbing, etc). 

If you're a model interested in collaborating to create works of art that make a subtle, inspirational environmental statement, feel free to contact me.  Or, if you need images for a portfolio but don't meet any of my present projects, I'm often willing to work with models to develop unique images for portfolios or projects; my rates are reasonable.

COMMERCIAL AND ASSIGNMENT PHOTOGRAPHY: I shoot various special events, sports, competitions dance recitals.  Feel free to contact me for details including rates and availability. 

COMMISSIONED PAINTINGS: Each year depending on my painting work load, I may accept one or two painting commissions provided I am interested in the aesthetics and meanings behind the image.  I consider something that brings out the inner spirit as long as its interesting, emotional and beautiful.  I only work from people, animals, or places I experience first hand and prefer to paint direct from life.  All my work is produced with the highest quality and the absolute most lightfast and museum grade archival techniques.
