My work is my passion! I have been enthusiastic about health and fitness all my life which is why i chose to turn my hobby into my work and become a Personal Trainer 10 years ago. I haven't looked back since!
I wake up every morning looking forward to going to work and excited about what the day ahead might bring! I am dedicated to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, inside and outside of the gym.
Whether i am running a 10km charity run with my clients or taking part in a military style bootcamp, I put my all into everything I do and ensure everyone around me is having fun too.
I would love to share my fitness achievements with the world and educate women about weight training, in the hope that i can stamp out the myth that lifting weights will make you big and bulky.
I have inspired and motivated many people since entering the health and fitness industry, and would like to inspire on a bigger scale. With the help from Model Mayhem, I believe I can do this!
