It all started when I was in high school. I had a Kodak Instamatic camera given to me by my uncle. I took some pictures of my family and friends. I'm happy to say that my love for photography has not changed since then. I’m an amateur photographer and found myself drawn mostly to travel, landscape and capturing people in their own environment. Photography to me is capturing an image in a single frame rather than just taking a photo.
When I pick up my Canon DSLR camera and think back to that very moment in 1984 where I stood with my little plastic instamatic camera, I feel the pure inspiration on capturing an image, and the innocence we have in all of us.
