I have been in the industry for over 7 years now. I began doing hair just behind the chair in a busy salon downtown Tacoma. I had an offer from a local photographer to work on a photo shoot and immediately fell in love. After working with this photographer on numerous different occasions, word started to spread and I got into more and more freelance work. Working photo shoots then opened my eyes to the world of makeup. Ive always been interested in makeup but that was what I needed to really go after it. With make-up you get a chance to be even more creative in your looks. I am currently working for myself in a boutique salon, and also doing freelance work. There is no such thing as too much work, because I love what I do.
