At first, all welcome to my profile. When I was young, I never thought I will workout 5-6 days a week and be consistent in food selection. However, this is a progress and a change in lifestyle. In my teenager years I was a sportive boy. I played soccer and loved to play outside with other children. I only went to the gym once or two times a week when I was about 18 years. When I went to college (18-23 years) things changed tremendously. I found out what partying and alcohol meant. Then, I realized that there was more in life. A good friend of my inspired me. He said to me: ´Tim, you have to quit alcohol and be serious about your goals.´ Then, I thought now is the time to change: I´ve quit alcohol, went 5-6 days a week to gym and began to use fitness supplementation and watched my food and calories. Results were booming. All because of selecting the right people to enjoy my life and my journey and off course most important because of my inner motivation. I want to achieve something in my life.
