I find myself at the very beginning of my photography career, but it seems like I've been looking at the world through a lens for most of my life. Even as a kid, I would stop all the time on family hikes to take in all the beautiful details (which irritated my sister to a great degree). In many ways I like to think I studied photography years before I got my first camera, a Polaroid One, which I still use today. I didn't know it at the time, but seeing that first picture come to life before my eyes was the starting line for an insane pursuit of light and color. Hundreds of hours of tutorial videos turned into hundreds of hours at numerous jobs to pay for equipment, websites, editing software – the works.

I’ve photographed a little bit of everything over the years, but so far I’ve found portraiture to be the most powerful. I have a deep respect for what makes us unique and find nothing more rewarding than capturing the character of another person in an image. I don’t have a great wealth experience in the industry, but I am extremely ambitious and learn quickly. I always have fun when a camera is in my hand, but I take photography very seriously and conduct myself professionally.

I believe that everyone here at MM wants to create something beautiful and, at the end of the day, that is all I want to be a part of.
