About Me

I have always loved being in front of a camera. I take direction well and I love trying new and exciting athletic poses. I've been involved in sports for most of my life. In college I competed for four years in the Pac-10 on the UW Track & Field team. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in personal training, prenatal training, and nutrition. I specializes in weight loss, corrective and postural training, prenatal training, and circuit training. I am very passionate about health and fitness, and my greatest satisfaction is when my clients reach their goals, no matter how big or small.
