About Me

Due to health issues, I'm currently not doing model shoots.Stay safe and find joy in every day. ~Alexxa

Photographer-celebrating the beauty, resilience and strength of women through art. My focus is on Fine Art Beauty and Fashion and use digital painting to create a distinctive look for images.

My goal is to increase awareness of the issues surrounding abuse and to encourage the act of healing through art. As a strong advocate for the rights of women (and a survivor myself), I want to help women who are going through the pain of abuse, the women who are too afraid to speak up and the women who have survived.

I feel it's important to show the strength of women so that those who have not made it through the pain can see that there is hope. Any proceeds will be donated to help abused women.

My work has been published in Essence, THIS!, The Imaginarium, Inspire, Gallery of Refined Art, San Francisco and Walnut Creek Magazines as well as "Studio and Location Lighting Secrets" by Rick Sammon.

My work documenting the progress of the Red Cross' fight to help those living with HIV/AIDS in Kenya was featured internationally in Red Cross literature.

I have traveled worldwide documenting the culture and traditions of indigenous people primarily in Africa, Asia and Europe.

Much of my photography work has been for non-profit organizations such as the American Red Cross Bay Area, Arts Association's (targeting children and the arts), Help Portrait, Women's Organizations, among others. This is my way of giving back to the community and to the world. Prior to photography, I was a high-tech marketing executive in Seattle, WA.
