My name is Marlon Cecile. I am a licensed cosmetologist and make up artist. I have been in the hair and makeup industry for 8+ years. I began my journey as an assistant to a Washington, DC based freelance artist. I have worked with her for many years.

I attended and graduated from The Temple, a Paul Mitchell partner school located in Frederick, MD and currently work at PR at Partners North Bethesda.

I have used many color lines; Wella, Paul Mitchell, Pravana, Joico, Godlwell, and product lines; Bumble and Bumble, Wella, Kérastase, Paul Mitchell, Kenra, Moroccan Oil, Its a 10!, Mizani, just to name a few.

I am a very confident and comfortable stylist whom is expanding and building my clientele and expertise. I would be honored to do your hair or makeup for any event, photo shoot, show or regular day. My goals here at MM are to find talent to expand my repertoire. I would like to create a team that I work with for my looks. I am looking to do TFP.
