About Me

I am a registered nurse first and foremost. I also compete in NPC contests as a Men's Physique competitor. I'm a full-time Master's Degree in Nursing student and balance two full-time jobs as an RN. Working and staying busy is something I like to do, being complacent is not in my vocabulary. My passion is bodybuilding and fitness. It's something I find enjoyable and it's what I look forward to each and every day. I truly believe that in order to better yourself inside, it needs to come from the outside and how you present yourself. I stay motivated and goal oriented.
