As an amateur photographer, I enjoy shooting a variety of different subjects ranging from Landscapes, to Animals/Pets, to Models. I even dabble a little bit in Macro Photography.

I have always had a fascination with art. Since I was a kid with crayons, I was always drawing and this followed me though my school years where I was always taking one art class after another.

After 18-20 years of drawing and painting though, I just couldn't get things to look the way I wanted them to look, and I gave up my artistic side for a while.

A few years ago, on a whim, I bought a cheap DSLR camera. For some time I have been wanting a decent camera to capture events that take place around me and I decided to take the plunge and see where it led.

Now, multiple pieces of gear and multiple editions of Lightroom later, the artistic feeling is back. There are still multiple things that I struggle with, and some of my photos are not the greatest, but I am having fun creating them
