My son had never been to a photo shoot before and was very excited but completely inexperienced. Dave was great - he gave very clear instructions to my son and taught him an amazing amount in one day. Jamie now has the foundations to be able to model or act in front of the camera and he came away feeling that he'd done a really good job. The photos that Dave managed to achieve from an outdoor shoot were very impressive and the way that he helped Jamie to get into character for the Gollum and Piggy (Lord of the Flies) shots was amazing. Jamie had a brilliant day and would like to work with Dave again on his project if the opportunity arose. I would highly recommend Dave for any young actor or model starting out on his career who needs not only a good portfolio but also some great advice about the industry and direction on how to give the best to the camera.

Well with the disaster of my Mum not having her mobile I thought my trip to meet David was going to be over before it started! But all turned out well as my Mum accosted some strangers in the car park and communication was restored! What a fantastic day.........a huge experience, I loved it! I had a fantastic shoot with Pompous Hobbit. We tried out many ideas and, while I wasn't too sure what to do at first, I was well guided and with a listening ear I learned a lot of technique to get the best out of a shot. I had ideas of my own which were taken seriously and ideas were forthcoming when I couldn't think of anything. Very professional and I am very pleased with the additions to my portfolio and some good lessons to apply on both sides of the camera.

I'm struggling to think of any improvements that could be made. I was very impressed.

I would love to be considered for future projects.

We worked with Dave today and i must say we learnt so much from him in the time we had. He shared his knowledge and tips of the trade and put us all at ease.
