P.S with 3 weeks Notice I can go from being a buff filled out 4 pack bulging guy, to a toned 8 pack veiny kinda guy my body can fluctuate from toned and size with about from 10-20 lbs and the amount of tone, if you want me to have a six pack, 8 pack, 4 pack, poofy and big or lean and vascular.
