Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. Even from a young age my passion was dancing, cheerleading and keeping fit.
Admiring the dedication and achievements of many other fitness fanatics I always believed that one day I could do that too.

I now run a fitness business and teach a class called Plyo Dance. This is the most unique, effective and enjoyable fitness class anyone could ever try. The first time i tried this i was hooked and I knew that this would be a huge success. You really wouldn't find anything else like it. I personally love to feel like I have literally pushed myself to the max when working out, and although this is a high intensity workout, the low impact rebound boot makes so much difference. This class is life changing for many people, and Ian and myself are so passionate about it. We work incredibly hard to deliver a class that helps many people achieve the results they want. I am very proud of what we have achieved, it is one of the hardest things i have done but the hard work is totally worth it, i could not imagine my life without this business now.
As well as running the fitness business I am also an extremely proud Bikini Athlete and Fitness model. I am a member of the UKBFF and i am so proud of what i have achieved on this journey so far. No one will ever understand the true extent as to what is involved. The dedication to training and dieting is second to none. This is a sport which is life changing and you have to dedicate everything to it. Standing on stage is one of the most rewarding moments you will experience and to be placed out of so many other girls of such a high standard is overwhelming. This is a sport you will continuously learn from and no matter what the result you always feel like a winner just seeing how you have changed your body and what you have achieved. With my motivation and hard work i would hope that one day i will be gifted with a Pro card. The more i want something the more motivated i become, watch this space!

My absolute passion has to always be a fitness model and to be able to get as much work and publicity would be a dream come true!
